Ingredients: Fruit Symphony Julius Meinl tea– 100 ml, red plum – 1-2 pcs., strawberries – 2 pcs., pomegranate syrup – 35 ml.
Preparation: Add skin plum, strawberry, syrup to the shaker, muddle, add tea and shake. Add piece ice and a few pieces of strawberries to the tumbler glass, strain cocktail from the shaker and decorate with a segment of plum.
Ingredients: Asian Spirit Ginger lemon or Tropical Adventure of Julius Meinl tea– 100 ml, clove – 4 pcs., segments of orange – 2 pcs., a pinch of cinnamon, dried barberry – 3 grains, elderberry syrup – 35 ml.
Preparation: Add segments of orange, cinnamon, barberry, cloves and syrup to the shaker, muddle, add tea and shake. Add ice to the tumbler glass and strain cocktail from the shaker. Decorate with slices of lemon, lime and orange.
Icy Assam with Pomegranate
Ingredients: Assam with Thyme or Assam Jamguri of Julius Meinl tea– 100 ml, red basil – 4 leaves, Monin hibiscus syrup – 35 ml, pomegranate seeds – 2 teaspoons.
Preparation:Muddle basil in the shaker, add syrup and tea, shake vigorously. Fill the 1/3 glass with frappe ice, then with a thin layer of pomegranate seeds, then with 1/3 third frappe, pomegranate and 1/3 frappe ice, so as to make the layers of ice and pomegranate. Pour the prefiltered infusion into the glass. Decorate with basil.
Ingredients: 1/4lapple juice, 2 teaspoons Fruit Tea Julius Meinl „Berry Cocktail“ (alternatively: 1 Julius Meinl BigBag „Fruit Symphony“ or 2 Julius Meinl teabags „Fruit Symphony“), 1 lemon, 1 orange, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder honey.
Preparation: Prepare the fruit tea with 300ml of freshly boiled water and let it steep for 8 minutes. Afterwards mingle the tea, the apple juice, the juice of the lemon and the orange, add the cinnamon and heat up. Afterwards add honey if you like.
Tyrolean “Jäger Tee”
Ingredients: 2 teaspoons Black Tea Julius Meinl „Assam Harmutty“ (alternatively 1 Julius Meinl BigBag „Assam Jamguri“ or2 teabags „Assam India“), 60 g cane sugar, 30 ml rum, 30 ml semidry red wine, 1 lemon, 1 orange, 2 cloves, 2 cinnamon sticks.
Preparation: The Julius Meinl „Assam Harmutty“ thanks to its rich flavor and the intensive black tea note is the perfect basis for the preparation of „Jäger Tee“. Prepare the tea with 400ml of freshly boiling water and let it steep for 4-5 minutes. Mingle and heat up the red wine, the juice of the orange and the lemon and add the spices. Stir in the freshly brewed tea, the sugar and the rum. Garnish the „Jäger Tee“ with a slice of orange.

Ingredients: 2 teaspoons Herbal Tea Julius Meinl „Ginger-Lemon“ (alternatively: 1Julius Meinl BigBag „Asian Spirit“ or 2 Julius Meinl teabags „Asian Spirit“), 1 teaspoon Herbal Tea Julius Meinl „Peppermint“ (alternatively: 1 Julius Meinl BigBag „Moroccan Mint“ or 1 teabag ofJulius Meinl „Peppermint“), 1 Lemon, Honey, Fresh Mint leaves.
Preparation: Mingle the two tea kinds, prepare them with appr. 500ml of boiling water and let steep for 6 minutes. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the freshly prepared tea. Add some honey and garnish with the fresh mint leaves.
